We of course have our Instagram and Facebook presence but:

1) We are increasingly getting various SCAM messages on these platforms 

2) We have always had a lot of SPAM and your query can get lost very quickly

3) To answer you most efficiently we need to know it's you, refer to your order and keep all the communications in a single channel.
